I was happy with the service at Hereford Audi because when we visited the rep Julian was very attentive and knowledgeable about the car we wanted to view.
The pre sale service was good. When we went to collect the car, it was very hot and Julian placed the car in the garage to keep it cool. However, the spare number plates promised were not ready , the key fobs flashed as low on battery and there was no manual in the car. All these issues have now been sorted and we are very happy with our new used vehicle
